Filter tags in KAPTO

To effectively manage your tags in KAPTO, it is essential to know how to filter and sort them according to your specific needs. By filtering your tags based on specific criteria, you can easily find the ones you need and manage them more efficiently. Doing so allows you to quickly and easily filter your tags and manage them more efficiently. 

Use the following steps to filter tags in KAPTO: 

1. Navigate to Management > Tags. 

2. Tick the appropriate checkboxes to filter the tags based on their associations with documents, pages, tables, rows and columns, and forms. This will refine your view and show only the tags that are relevant to your needs. 

3. To filter your tags, you must select the checkboxes corresponding to the type of tag you are looking for. For example, if you are looking for a tag related to documents, click on the Document checkbox. This will refine your view to show only the tags that are associated with documents. 

4. Similarly, you can select the Page checkbox to filter tags associated with pages, the Table checkbox to filter tags associated with tables, the Rowcol checkbox to filter tags related to rows and columns, and the "Form" checkbox to filter tags associated with forms. 

5. Once you have selected the checkboxes corresponding to your desired tag types, your view will be refined to show only the tags matching those types. You can now manage or use these tags as needed.
